Is Salsa or Bachata easier? In general Bachata is considered easier for starters/beginners as compared to Salsa, becuase Bachata has slower tempo, easier steps and it is less physically demanding than salsa form of dancing. The option of choosing between Bachata and Salsa always remains with you. If you want to learn dance moves in short time then we would recommend Bachata otherwise the dance floor is yours to have fun with other forms of dance styles. Remember, at Dublin Salsa Academy we have three dance styles for beginners which is Sensual Bachata, Line Salsa and Cuban Salsa. While all of this, some may ask, "Is Bachata or Salsa sexier?" :) Bachata is more sensual and romantic offering deep connection between partners. But that is a story for a different time. Have fun!
